All operations carried out from enquiry to project completion in a Customer Focused manner in accordance with the DBS Groups Services Integrated Management System (SIMS) to meet agreed, Group, customer and contract requirements. |

The Management System will be periodically reviewed to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness. |

Senior DBS Group Operating Company management will define and promote the setting of objectives to ensure that business objectives are effectively implemented and continually reviewed. |

Communication channels are established to ensure that the policy, objectives and requirements of SIMS are communicated and understood by all levels of the workforce, and that resources are provided to ensure effective implementation of the management system. |

Internal Systems Auditing will, from time to time, test compliance with SIMS and procedures, and the results circulated to the Board of Drayton Building Services Ltd. for system performance review. |
